    Hello there,

    We have noticed feed started getting stuck regenerating after updating the plugin, we had a previous one before that worked fine, but one of the new ones seems to have an issue.

    Please advise.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed is stuck processing.

    1. Did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last few days to see if there is anything in there that could explain why your feed got stuck? This is where you can find those WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woo.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
    2. Also, can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can tell if your feed indeed is no longer updating? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
    3. Please also share the product feed URL it concerns.
