    The feed is generated from the post itself, so you can modify the post to change the title to either

    Tips for Creating Simple and Effective Employee Evaluations

    or

    Tips for Creating Simple &-amp-; (without the dashes) Effective Employee Evaluations (which will still produce the & symbol, but will also be valid HTML)
