Hello!
So, have you performed the initial configuration with your App ID and Secret Key?
If so, when you visit our plugins Status Page (under its options) what do you see?
If you haven’t performed the initial config, then that is why you don’t see a feed.
All the best,
Richard
Hi,
I wanted to have 3 feeds displayed on my page, so I thought all I need is to generate a shortcode for each and paste it into a text box. But it looks like it’s good for one feed only
Hello!
Well, it will certainly work with more than one feed on one page – can you let me know what shortcodes you are using?
As an alternative, can you try using our Widget instead of the shortcode inside a Text Widget?
Best,
Richard
I think I have almost the same problem. When I put the shortcode into the textwidget, it shows literaly the shortcode on the page.
I can see the widget “IK Facebook Like Button”. But I don’t see another.
Hey Veritas14 –
WordPress doesn’t render shortcodes inside Text Widgets, by default.
We do have a Widget called the IK Facebook Feed – maybe look again?
You can render shortcodes inside text widgets following the instructions here:
