How can I add feedback to appear after each question has been answered?

Thank you for your topic.
If you want the users to see a note from the admin, the Survey Maker plugin has the Admin Note feature available. The admins will be able to leave note(s) for your users.
But in case you want to give the users a chance to leave feedback, then you can make use of the User Explanation feature.
Please, note that if activated, both these options will be visible to the users all the time, not only after answering the questions.
