Following the chain of events leading a client to contact me via other means to let me know they had sent me days before a contact form message. I discovered that Jetpack CRM is effectively losing me business, various other unanswered messages and lost leads.

From the perspective of a non-paying customer of Jetpack CRM who was evaluating and considering subscribing to the service. Explain to me how would I change my mind and pay for it in the future for something that doesn’t work or is broken by design?

I’m frankly appalled you published this! If I’m currently losing earnings from trying your service, how does this motivate me to get a subscription and spend money to use it? Your approach to this project is upside down, you’d do better served, allowing customers to use and see it work before monetizing on it, I’d be inclined to recommend it if it worked, but I’m now more motivated to give you bad publicity which you genuinely deserve and watch you fail.

Side note: I also tried leaving you feedback regarding this which also is broken, as an administrator who hasn’t got permission to see the page on their own WordPress site. To whoever runs this, this product isn’t fit to be in Beta, let alone monetized.

    Hi there, @neilisin,

Thanks for your candid feedback on the product and contact form – we need feedback to improve our feature! We’re sorry the contact form has affected your business in some capacity.

I looked at your site and looked for any other communication between you and our support to make sure we haven’t missed anything here.

I only found one forum thread that’s been deleted before we could tackle it: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/jetpack-contact-form-bug/

If you have sent us other messages, do let us know so we can search in our system and take it from there.

Alternatively, we’re happy to take a deeper look at the contact form issue and see what went wrong. The WordPress environment is a delicate balance between many wheels in motion, and it’s easy to have features, plugins and themes conflict with each other.

In other words, you’re welcome to open a new support thread in this forum if you still want to give our product another go.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed and if you have any questions.
