Hi,
OK there may be a little confusion you’re right.
1. The “feedback” in the feedback tab is shown if you get the question right or wrong. This is shown in both the single question shortcodes and the quiz shortcodes (unless you’ve disabled feedback int he quiz settings).
You can give individual feedback on the response options which is currently ONLY shown on the single question shortcode.
i.e. for each response option you can have feedback on if they are right or wrong
e.g. What is the capital of France?
a. Paris (Correct Feedback = “yes”, incorrect feedback = “Nope, this is correct answer)”
b. London (Correct Feedback= “Thats right, London is the capital of England”, Incorrect Feedback = “Nope, London is in England”
2. Is this for a single question or for a quiz? If its a quiz make sure the “Display detailed feedback to participants” is ticked in the Feedback tab. As stated above though you WON’T see individual response option feedback which is probably an oversight and I will fix for next release.
3. Is this since the last update? Can you try deleting the feedback and then readding / resaving. It should work as of the last version update.

Okay, I’m feeling pretty slow.
1. “unless you’ve disabled feedback int he quiz settings”– Your quote.
-When I click on the Quiz Lite settings on the dashboard, all I get it are the options to
a: Change who can edit a quiz. (Admin, participant, ect.)
b: Change color of feedback box. (Which, by the way, this too also never works for me. I have it set to white and gray, but it’s still green.)
So, I’m unsure how to ‘disable’ or ‘enable’ any setting.
2. I’m placing single questions. In my feedback tab, there is nothing to tick. I pressed my tab key (on my keyboard) all over the the page just to see if I was missing something that would come up as a highlighted option. I don’t have a ‘box’ to ‘tick’ off.
3. Yes, this is since last update. However, the comma to forwards slash problem has been solved, so thank you. I’m is now “I’m” and not “I’/m.”
Hi,
1. I mean each quiz you create has its own settings. Its in this quiz settings page, NOT the general QTL settings.
2. Again, yo’re confusing a quiz settings page (that I describe above NOT the general settings page) with the question edit page.
This page:
https://www.efolio.soton.ac.uk/blog/alexfurr/quiz-tool-lite-demo/
Gives some examples. The first question is showing general feedback (the green / red box underneath the question) and the individual response feedback (the red / green text that appears NEXT to each response option).
3. I’m having trouble recreating this. Can you try deleting the old response so its blank, then retyping with the line breaks. Is it happening on any particular question type as it works OK for me on the multichoice ones.
