Today the feedback in admin is gone from the menu. The form is still active but there is no way to mange the feedback. I also find Jetpack to be the worst in customer support. I should be able to email my issue. Not put it in a public forum.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You folks are really dumb. If I make myself a CRM Admin all settings it removes the feedback in admin. Brilliant!

    Hi @brian5e597bf8e0.

Are you referring to the Feedback link in WP Admin that’s included in a default WordPress install? And can you confirm if it was there for you previously, and now it’s gone?

The most common reason for any feature or link to go missing from WP Admin is because a theme or plugin has modified it intentionally, or broken it. Did you install anything new on the site, or update your theme or plugins? That would be the first place to troubleshoot. Try rolling back to the previous version and see if the Feedback link comes back. Alternatively, you can deactivate plugins one-by-one to see if that brings the link back. If that doesn’t reveal anything, temporarily try a default WordPress theme.

You also mentioned Jetpack CRM in your second post here, but I don’t follow what you’re telling us. Were you previously logging into an account that wasn’t a CRM admin? Did deactivating Jetpack CRM make the Feedback link come back for you?

If you’d like to continue this conversation via email instead, you can reach out to us here. Make sure to link this thread in your request.

    Thanks!
