I’ll jump in first…
Load time is pretty slow! I noticed the “gravatar” in the loading area of firefox.
The background looks cool… I like the colors (on the footer area too)! But the white text in your logo area is “harder” to read.
On the top menu bar, I think it would be wise to add your ABOUT link as well as a testimonials link since you have those pages.

This section appears to be messed up… it simply says My Tweets but I imagine you wanted your actual tweets
I only clicked one post, the recent one. And at the bottom you have some HTML code visible on the page.
Furthermore, if you’re allowed to I would rather just embed a youtube video than offer a link. One less click for the reader. I don’t know if this is the best strategy from a web designer, but as an end-user it is best to me.
I think if you make these few changes you’re in really, really good shape! best of luck to you on your site… I actually had a big interest in personal development for a while myself.
