Feedburner Problem

Hello,

I am having 2 continuing problems with my feed.

Problem 1:

I continue to get the following error:

This feed does not validate.

Line 38 looks like this:(I do not know where to find this in my code to change it)

Problem 2:

I continue to get errors like this:
The error message is:

Error on line 251: The element type “i” must be terminated by the matching end-tag “</i>”.

When I go to fix it–there is either no tag on that line or the tag is already closed —- am I doing something wrong?
