Feeling a wee bit scammed here!

Made the huge mistake of paying for the full version of this, which I couldn’t get to install successfully. Submitted a support ticket via the zendesk addy and… crickets still chirping. In fact, on checking on the ticket it says it’s been deleted. WTF?
