Feilds not importing

    Thanks for your previous assistance. The issue I am having is that the forms fields are not syncing into salesforce. The recordType and Lead Source are coming in though.

    The fields IDs from saleforce are:
    FirstName
    LastName
    Company
    Email
    Phone
    Title
    Description

    These are how I entered them in the feilds on the plugin.. Have you seen this happen before?

    THANKS – So if the Built in feilds are not the same as your build in I just just do custom for all?

    Those are the built in fields at SalesForce.

    You must use the API name – i.e. first_name or the data is discarded by SF.

    In other words, the field IDs you listed above are incorrect. That’s your issue 😉
