Few issues when using the plugin

Hi I have just installed this plugin as I really think the functionality is cool. However I run into a few issues….

(1) For the exit intent popup, after a user supplies the email address to get a coupon, no mail is actually sent. Any additional setup required.

(2) Also after the user request a coupon from the exit intent, the shopping cart is cleared. Is it intentional?

(3) I’ve tried to abandon a cart after putting my email address. The list shows such transaction but a mail is never sent. Again any additional set required?
