Expecially when you read post from categories “babyTrekking” or “Top of the Post” (single-topic headings), the plugin doesn’t show related post from these categories, but only the same few post (three or four at all).

unfortunately, I don’t understand the language on your blog. I’ve been browsing through your site.
The matching algorithm doesn’t use categories. It uses text from the title and the content to find the related posts.
How many posts do you currently have on the blog?
I’ve about 70 posts.
For example, the post tagged babyTrekking category, speak about mountain routes, like paths, and they are all very similar: only the destination changes. Until one week ago, the plugin showed correctly the other articles of the heading, but now it shows only the same few posts, whatever you read.

Could you please try to recreate the index. You’ll find this button at the bottom of the settings page.
If you have the cache enabled, please clear the cache as well.
Would also be useful to just reset the plugin options to default
