Field Export Successful But Cannot change their elements

    Hi Xnau,

    On my previous post I have marked it as resolved since I have successfully exported and imported all the fields but when I tried changing the form element to text-line to file-upload after saving it keeps on saving as text line and the it doesn’t save as file-upload. Any ideas?

    I’ve also tried adding new fields, it adds the new field but when I tried checking the checkbox for csv signup etc then press update it doesnt save the changes I did. I think the problem was the update button as it doesnt save all the changes being made.

    OK, I didn’t know you were importing the database tables onto an already existing installation. You should completely drop all three plugin tables (don’t just remove rows), then import them from your other installation. That way, you can be sure they are identical.

    Hi Thanks Xnau,

    I’ve tried dropping the 3 entire tables and importing the 3 tables from the old site it was successful but it still doesnt update when I try editing the database fields, I’ve also tried deleting the plugin then importing the 3 tables and then installing the plugin, I got same result of not being able to edit the fields on the admin menu.

    Sounds like a javascript conflict. Can you try deactivating other plugins to see if that changes anything?
