Last week, the conditional fields on our form, which trigger when you select a Product and Reason for RMA Request stopped working on Chromium-based browsers. Other browsers, including Safari, are still functioning. I saw a post of someone who experienced an issue with minification, but we don’t have a plug-in that minfys our code. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Can you set up the form here, https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester/ so I can reproduce it?

    Good morning, Jules,

I set up the form and clicked Share. Does that give you access to it? That said, it appears to be working on your simulator, which must mean something’s broken on our end. Any suggestions where to look? Our hosting provider recently updated the backend to a newer version of PHP (8.2, I believe). We’re also running the latest version of WordPress and Contact Forms

To provide some more insight, the start of the issues seem to align with WordPress updating from 6.3.2 to 6.4.1 and your plugin updating to 2.4. Specifically, the day the issues started, we got an e-mail that reads:

“We’ve just upgraded your WordPress installation at <domain> from version 6.3.2 to version 6.4.1.

We’ve also updated your WordPress database and all of your plugins as well.

            cf7-conditional-fields was upgraded from 2.3.12

            docket-cache was upgraded from 23.08.01

            leadin was upgraded from 10.2.5″

No, you need to share the link to the form here
