Field is not hidden

    With your plugin activated, the comment form still has the form on it for entering the link URL. The value is not shown when viewing the page, but it’s a waste of people’s time to let people enter data there when it will not be used. Can’t your plugin hide the editing field?

    NOTE: On the sample page, I have used CSS to hide the field, but it’s still there in the HTML.
