Field Mapping Values Not Updating

    Hi there,

    I have added some new advanced custom fields and am wanting to use them within my feeds.
    I am unable to get the new fields to show up in the drop-down list.

    I have flushed all my caches, and some of the older fields that I have created are showing up fine.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear some of your custom fields are not showing-up.

    • How did you create those custom fields and what ‘type’ (image, text, etc) of fields are they?
    • Did you check the drop-downs to see if they do not show under a slightly different name, for example with ‘pa’ in front of it?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the response.
    I created them using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin.
    Ive used them before with your plugin, and they have worked great.
    Just for some reason, new fields are no longer showing up.

    They are a mixture of text, dates and URL fields.

    And yes I have looked under other names.

    Did you already used those ACF fields on your product edit pages and filled some with values? Only when attributes/fields truly have values for them our plugin shows them in the drop-downs.
