Field thumbnailUrl is missing

    Dear WP YouTube Lyte Team,

    first of all, thank you for maintaining such a helpful and lightweight plugin!

    I’ve encountered an issue while reviewing my site in Google Search Console. I’m using WP YouTube Lyte in version 1.7.27, and for some of my embedded videos, I’m seeing the following warnings related to structured data:

    • Missing field “thumbnailUrl”
    • Missing field “name”
    • Missing field “uploadDate”

    I’ve inspected the structured data output and can confirm that these fields are indeed missing. Is there any way to add or supplement these fields, either via plugin settings or filters?

    I’d really appreciate your advice or a possible workaround to ensure my video markup is compliant with Google’s requirements.

    When you enable “cache thumbnail locally” LYTE will be fully active on mobile and Google will “see” the thumbnailURl (assuming you have an active API key).
