For videos from media library that i added to a page directly i got an error “Field “thumbnailUrl” is missing”. Then i tried to add Thumbnail images in Schema Properties to overwrite the missed field, but it seems like it’s not the proper field as it showed up as “image” field instead of “thumbnailUrl” field.

It’s not possible to add that field for manual inserting a thumbnail?

    Thanks

    Hi @oksanajomedia,

Thanks for reaching out! We’ll definitely help you get this sorted out. We just need a bit more information to check it accurately.

    Could you please share:

    • A screenshot showing how the video is added on the page.
    • A screenshot of your Schema Markup setup for that page.
    • And, if possible, the URL where the issue appears.

This will help us reproduce the issue and guide you with the exact fix.

    Hi oksanajomedia,

We’ve analyzed your setup and found that the thumbnailUrl property was missing from the VideoObject schema properties list.

We’ve just released the latest version 1.0.24. Please update the plugin, and you’ll now see the missing thumbnailUrl property. Once you map it to your image, the issue should be resolved when validating the VideoObject schema markup.
