    please let me know, why is it, when i choose the field type «email», i am being told that i chose the type «text» ?
    <input id="wpmtst_email" type="text" class="text" name="email" value="" placeholder="" required="">

    I apologize for the confusion. I found that many themes don’t style the email and other HTML5 input types so I switched them to text to appear consistent. But this was at least a year ago and its high time to expect more themes to be HTML5-ready. I will update the plugin accordingly.
