Field type Select and if/else display?

    I love this plugin, but I’m struggling with how to do this…

    I’ve added a Select field with a list of Countries. I’d like whichever Country that is selected to display a flag icon in the wordpress post.

    So if France is selected – French flag appears in post
    Germany is selected – German flag appears in post, etc.

    What would be the best way to go about achieving this?
