I’m using eNews Extended integrated with Aweber. It works great. When I fill in the “name” and “email” fields and submit, the form behaves perfectly. In testing the form, I wanted to see what would happen if a user left “name” and “email” blank (these are both required fields) and found that if the user skips filling in fields and clicks on the submit button, they are taken from my site to this page: https://www.aweber.com/form-sorry.htm?message=missing&data=name%2Cemail%2C

Not a great user experience especially because they have to click back to actually enter the required fields and correctly submit the form on my site. Aweber doesn’t allow users to create custom error pages (which would be a great solution) and so I would like to work around this.

Is there a way to code the form action within the eNews Extended plugin so that if the fields in the form are blank, then the user is redirected to a page within my site? The idea is to basically overriding any Aweber post action if fields are empty. Site is figg.media

    thanks,
    Melissa
