Field Value Changing to Number

    Hi,
    I been adding custom fields with short-text attribute but whenever I add some data in the field on the excel to be uploaded
    ex.
    01-01-2011

    the uploaded data to the order shows some random generated number like it’s showing 43670. It does also when I change it to the date and added the exact date format that I have chosen in the options.
    What do you think is the problem here?

    Update:
    The problem was that the field was set on Automatic, it should be set on Plaintext (when using google spreadsheet). If anyone is having a problem like this, you there’s ur answer 🙂 cheers.
