Field value does not show on orders

Hi,

We use the fields factory on our website to specify a measurement by entering text in a textfield, and from beginning it all worked fine, metadata followed on to the order.

We have marked that the field shall add the metadata to the order, and the data shows in the checkout. But now, in the order email and in admin the data doesn’t show, so we have no idea what the customer has entered. Suddenly the data doesn’t follow anymore.

We have the latest updates of woo commerce and fields factory plugin.

What can be the problem? Very grateful for support, right now we need to email our customers asking what value they entered.
