field value in orders database

    Hi, I installed this plugin and added a text field to our checkout, which worked great. However, when I went to view and export the order, I found that a column for the field and the value of the field do not appear in the export.

    Is there a way to do this so that fields added with this plugin are added to the orders and appear in the export?

    Hello @spaciousmind,

    I hope you’re doing well. I apologize for the delayed response.

    Yes, you can definitely do that. I’ve created a video showing the steps, which you can watch here.

    For the export, you can use any plugin. In the video, I used our free Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce plugin.

    I see. Thank you. We actually already had an export plugin installed but didn’t realize I had to add this using that plugin to make it appear in the order export.
