    The customer fills out the form in two steps; however, the email and sales code fields are being repeated in the second step, causing the form to break and preventing the user from completing the refund request.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much for reaching out.

    The form feature is only available in the PRO version of the plugin.

    The basic version does not allow you to submit such requests.

    In the free version, customers can only request a refund from the “My Account” section.

    Do you have the PRO version?

    Yes, I have the paid version and I’m using the latest version.

    What’s happening is that the fields are appearing duplicated to the user in the form

    Hi, I’ll go ahead and close this thread since you’ve already contacted us through our support team, as this thread concerns the PRO version of the plugin.

    The issue here was likely caused by adding additional fields on the return form, which is why they appeared twice.
