The Clear and Delete buttons are supposed to remove the entire item (ie the entire row), which would include the Title and Category fields. If you just want to change the image, select a different one.
( “Clear” shows if you have not yet saved the data. The “Delete” button actually removes the saved data from the server, and should ask for confirmation. )
On the other hand, if anything from a cleared/deleted item is re-appearing when you refresh the page, that should NOT be happening unless you got a message warning you that a deletion was unsuccessful.
If that is happening, it could be your browser cache — try clearing your browser cache ( or restarting your browser ) after deleting.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I’ve attached a link that shows what is occurring. The main issue is that when a user deletes an entry they lose the other fields’ lablels entry or drop-down box.

It’s a great plugin and I am preparing to bring my photo club from paper entries to online entries and use the flexishow to record the judging.
OK, thanks, now I see the problem.
I suspect it’s tied to the fact that you have three fields to the same column, and I must have missed that setup from my tests.
Unfortunately, I’m travelling right now, and it may be a couple of weeks before I can get a fix out. I’ll do it as soon as I can
