Fields Disappear

I added a new field to an existing field set and of the three two are being hidden. if I use inspector I can see that the css says that my elements are being hidden

.acf-conditional_logic-hide

however I have not set anything to be be hidden for the fields. Has anyone else seen this bug?

Furthermore my fields are set as disabled for the forms.
