    Hello guys!

I’m currently building a website for my online store using WooCommerce, Elementor and some JetPlugins. I wanted to let you know that i’m having a hard time optimizing the checkout page and some other pages for mobile view, due to fields not displaying correctly. On web view everything works perfectly fine, but when i’m accessing some pages from mobile view (like those mentioned earlier).

For everyone who could provide help, i’m really looking forward to your answers and advices as i’m on a rush to meet the deadline on this website.

You can see that the distance between fields and text labels is huge and it can’t be aligned properly.

P.S: I’m using Elementor Full Canvas as page layout template.
    Thank you!

  • Hello,

It sounds like your theme or another plugin is conflicting with Elementor. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Elementor. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
