Fields not adding to product

    Filled out fields are not adding to the cart on submit. Once filled out (from the popup), it will then take you to the product page (instead of the cart) to claim that the fields were not filled out.

    From the product page, you can enter the fields and it will register but not the initial popup. Can you assist?

    Hi,

    It seems the issue has already fixed. We can’t find any problem with the product form. Both the pop-up form and the product page form submit the data in the cart with all the values when checking the cart.
