    Hi have tried this plugin but unfortunately this plugin is working for any changes in checkout fields while I’m using woocommerce shortcode for checkout page.

    I have the same issue, changes show in your plugins dashboard, but not on checkout page.

    Update: Was able to resolve by using short code [woocommerce_checkout] for checkout. Seems it an issue with blocks.
