I checked everything on my test installation to be sure and this option definitely works in the free version. I suspect a conflict with another plugin or theme.
Please try to run a troubleshooting to find out the cause.
Troubleshooting steps
- Disable plugins which are not ours or WooCommerce.
- Then enable plugins one by one and check if the issue still exists.
- Test the plugin using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
Please let me know about the result and also provide a screenshot of the visible options for the field added by the plugin.

I tried deactivating all plugins – keeping only yours and those by Woocommerce. The information in the fields still did not show up after the item was added to the cart. I tried with different items that had different product fields applied to them.
Then, I changed to the Storefront theme – the information in the field did not show up after the item was added to the cart. (I am currently using Woostify theme-pro version.)
