Hello @maltmun
Hope you’re doing well!
Please let me know, are there any errors showing up when the form is saved? If there is a cache enable don a server’s end, please purge it and try again.
If the issue still persists, please make sure there is no conflict with another plugin. See if the plugin is saving when only the Forminator is active. If all is well, start activating one plugin at a time, every time testing if the form can be saved.
Let us know how it went!
Kind regards,
Nastia
Hi Nastia @wpmudev-support9 ,
Thank you for your above response. To answer your question, No errors are showing at any point in time. I have tried both solutions but nothing seems to work on the long term. There were no conflicts with plugins as it remained working the same regardless of how many times I have tried to install and re-install plugins and the cache only solved the problem temporarily, but then it would re-occur. Is there anything else i could try to solve this?
Thanks in advance

If I may… I had the same issue and no solution has been published here.
I believe, there is a “LOCK” on the update because another browser or window or tab is ALSO editing the same form.
It seems ONLY 1 can edit the parameters… and when you “update” it must say SAVED with a green tick. If it says UNSAVED… then you need to find the other , browser or window or tab which has control of the updating of this form…
I believe this simple solution will fix your problem
