Fields on Listing page

I have installed the plugin and can edit the Registration form fields and edit profile fields. However when the profile shows on the listings page it has very different fields. Is there a way to edit these fields and to reflect the fields used in the edit profile form page?

Secondly can the profile members communicate to each other through any internal messaging system?
