Fields Rules causing price not to update

I have 2 select fields.

First one has option “Rent” and “Buy”, with different prices.

The customer should only see the second option when they select “Rent” in the first field.

However, when I add the Fields Rules (“Hide Option 2 when Option 1 is equal to “Buy”), price stops updating. Option 2 must be selected first for the price to update, and even then, when I go back to the “Buy” option (to hide option 2), the price won’t revert back.

When things are added to cart, it’s showing all the correct prices.

Everything works fine if I remove the Fields Rules. Is there anything I can do about this?
