I apologize should’ve explain it more what i meant was, when someone fill out the form they’ll receive a file attachment(s). not the file they upload. thanks.

Please let us know which of those scenarios you look for:
- user fill form and it will be redirect to page where they could download some attachment
- user fill form and you would like to show message which will contain URL to that attachment
- user fill form and you will send separate email to him with some attachment
- user fill form and you will send separate email to him with PDF file which will contain all data he filled in form
Note all 4 scenarios are possible by default.

User fill out the form and receive an attach pdf. No file upload because it’s not necessary.

I’m sorry for the delay in the response.
So what you need is not exactly possible with Forminator, I apologize for the confusion.
Only 1, 2 and 4 scenarios mentioned by my colleague are possible in Forminator. However, maybe this option in Hustle will be more suitable https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#submission-behavior-success-message
If you want a file to be automatically downloaded to the user’s device when they submit your opt-in, toggle on Enable auto downloadable file after submission and select the file.
