file change warning

    Hi, I receive quite often email with file change warning in days that I don’t work on the site. Sometimes are “added files and removed” like this:
    file: wp-content/cache/et/1090/et-core-unified-15323558360026.min.css – file hash: d2b9da76ce3c46c3d868a1a6be65d482
    Sometimes are like this: wp-content/uploads/fusion-styles/fusion-19223.css
    I don’t understand if is something dangerous and what to do. Thank you!
