File downlod on remote server

    Hello,

    I installed the monitor download on an nginx server and activated the X-Accel-Redirect / X-Sendfile option.

    Downloading local files works perfectly, but downloading files stored on another server does not work. Url not found http://mysite.com/download/11/.

    How to make the download via X-Accel-Redirect / X-Sendfile work with files on remote servers?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please enable the “Redirect To File” option for the download ID 11 and test again?
