File Location question

I was curious if you could direct me to the file that is responsible for the student’s quiz/test view?

Specifically, I am trying to locate the code that loads each quiz/test question to the student.

Suppose I have a quiz with 10 questions. When the student clicks on the quiz and loads the page, the 10 questions are loaded with the possible answers to choose from. I am trying to locate the code responsible for loading this to the student. I am guessing it will be under a foreach loop, but I am having a hard time locating it..
