    I am getting this message when trying to delete a file that WF is reporting to me. what do I do?:

    An error occurred

    Could not delete file wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media/moxieplayer.swf. The error was: unlink(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas06_data03/20/2929320/html/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media/moxieplayer.swf): Permission denied
