file metadata

Hi there- I love this plugin! I would like to use a form to collect file metadata from the user and add it to the filename before upload. Any way to pass this in directly? As an example, I’d collect “slicer” and “pla” from my form, then select “maker.ini” for upload. I’d like the filename to be maker [slicer, pla].ini to upload. Sorry if this is simplistic- just not seeing how to do it.
