    Hi,

    Using WC 2.6.14, I can’t download the excel file. It can’t be found in path site.com/uploads/woo-xls/name.xls

    When I right click the link and download it, it says that the download failed.
    There is also no folder woo-xls in my uploads folder on my ftp.
    I understand this could have something to do with my old WC version.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi @pieterclaesen, thanks for raising this. We do not save export files by default to the WordPress Media, it is only delivered to the browser as a download file, you need to turn file archiving on via WooCommerce > Store Export > Settings > Enable Archives.

    Saved exports are saved in the default WordPress Media directory which is /wp-content/uploads/…, if directory indexing is turned on it will be within the year and month sub-folder. 🙂

    Hello,

    I don’t get a download at all. The only button I see is ‘download file’ but then the browser redirects to a 404 error page.

    If needed I can send you credentials by email, hope you can help me out.
