Hello, I have many WordPress installations, all of them using WP Fastest Cache. Sometimes the front end and/or backend shows an empty page with the error “File Not Found”. This message is seen across devices, IPs and is seen by the client too. I’m not sure WHEN exactly this happens, and I’m not able to recreate this.

Here’s an example of this error happening on the backend of a website: https://snipboard.io/fjIFO7.jpg

This problem subsides when pressing Crtl + F5 on PC. Hosting provider says it must be a plugin issue. What can I do to fix this? Is this a known error?

why do you think that it is related to wp fastest cache?

    Hi,
Because that’s what the hosting provider’s support team said to me when I told them the website works fine, and the issue is resolved when performing a hard refresh.

The problem is I can’t predict when the error will happen (I’m sure there’s a specific event that triggers it, but I’m yet to figure it out), and the average visitor won’t know to perform a hard refresh so see the contents of the website.
