File not included

    Hello,

    the attachment is not included in the generated PDF.
    In the CSV-File the attachment is mentioned with the right name.

    But the PDF includes only some kind of abstract Sign like > or a magnifying glass.
    It seems that the Image is substituted with the sign.

    Tested on two different installations. Same issue.
