Do you have the “Remove Files From Server” setting turned on?
Posting the Diagnostic Info from WP Offload Media’s “Support” tab might help us determine the issue.
Have you tried turning on debug logging? if so, anything related to the video files in there?

Please turn that on and try adding a video file, then inspect the log for errors.

@shuvo3232131 that’s browser errors, unlikely to be anything related to WP Offload Media’s backend offloading to a bucket.
To stand a chance of helping you, we’re going to need diagnostics and debug.log.

actually my aws bucket i did add some policy because my video subtitle file not working if I host from aws server so that then I add policy so that when I will upload subtitle vtt file it will denied and that file will store in my wordpress host but then this problem created
