file path to scripts not updating

We recently converted a Joomla site to WordPress. During the conversion, the WordPress content was in a sub-folder in the root directory. When I moved the files up to the root, the permalinks all updated correctly, except the file paths to the NEXTGen scripts. I have done a search and replace in the database, as well as all files in the wp-content folder.

Any idea how I can change this? Here is a link to the Photos page:

If you look at the source, you will see 4 instances where “wordpress/” is in front of “wp-content/”. I need to eliminate the “wordpress/” from the file path. Where is this coming from?
