File Permalinks

There is an issue when I try to visit or download a link on BuddyDrive. It goes to a page with nothing on it and the url seems to be a structure setup by BuddyDrive.

[URL]/buddydrive/file/book-review-the-second-curve/

Where as another website that I manage also has BuddyDrive, but works correctly and any link actually downloads the file and doesn’t send you to a separate page. This is the way I want it to work and not send me to a separate page.

I have tried to deactivate plugins and update and etc but nothing seems to fix it.
