File permissions issue again

Hello there,

now I’m using the plugin version 1.99.30. Changed folder wp-content and wp-content /languages (incl. subfiles and subfolders) to 777.

CodeStyling Localization is showing me green squares (.mo .po) as permission (think this should mean: permissions = ok), but I cannot even scan. Hmmm, if I try to scan, ftp-login is popping up.

What can I do to access the translation files with CodeStyling Localization directly?
Which folders I should give the permission 777?

Ah: heretofore no other plugins are enabled.

p.s. I used a previous version of this plugin (with previous WP-version) before, and everything was cute. Now I’m at a loss.
