    Hi,

    Is this plugin suitable to have a private environment in our website so that registered users are able to login, browse, and download files from a kind of a File Manager UI environment (like a windows Explorer with folders and files)?

    So we need the front-end functionality for web users, not on the back-end /wp-admin/ environment.

    If so, would it be possible to even restrict access to certain folders to just certain users?

    Hi,

    The plugin does those things, but some of them are only in the paid plans. The free version does allow your site’s visitors to browse and download files from the front-end.
