File type not saving in correct sub-folder

    Hi there,
    I am running the latest version of WordPress 5.8 and Advanced Custom Fields Version 5.10
    If I use the normal Media Upload file (PDF) it correctly gets placed into the 2021 and 08 sub-folder – great!
    If I use the ACF field (in my case, against a WooCommerce Product) it uploads the file fine but places it in the 2020 and 08 sub-folder.
    Why would this be the case?
